You Tube not loading on KDL-50W815B

YouTube logo hanging,freezing and not working with SONY KDL50W815B. Every day turning on my TV i need to do the factory reset so that YOUTUBE can work. Everyday 4 times factory reset is not a solution.Is anybody from Sony team can reply to this issue or at least make an effort to release new firmware update to solve the issue?

Hi,

I did as advised by clearing the cookies and then it works but then next day again the issue occured and then again I apply the same fix and then it works but I am afraid this is an interim solution but is Sony planning to fix this bug from long term perspective by releasing an update ? Any information on this would be appreciated..

I've checked with Sony and the issue seems to be sorted out. I guess you may try the troubleshooting again only for once if needed.
