Unable to find any digital channels.

I just purchased a Sony 43 inch smart tv and am unable to get any digital channels on although works fine on Sky, I still think some thing is amiss. Does Sony not have Freeview included?

Hi @Vince1949. Have you checked that your TV aerial is still standing, it works and you have plugged it in to your aerial socket on the TV. Make sure you choose Antenna during the channel scan.

Thanks for that it worked perfectly well with my old Samsung, I even tried it on another aerial point, Anyway thanks for replying to me,

Sky box but I have tried to set up digital stations via an aerial with no success, maybe I am doing something wrong, however have followed the online instructions correctly. Other TVs are working from the same aerial points I have tried.

Hi @Vince1949. Perhaps you need to report your problem a.s.a.p. to your retailer. If you have only just bought it then clearly it is their responsibility to fix it or replace it. All new UK Sony TVs have DVB-T2 to receive UK Digital channels. Clutching at straws, you are not trying to set up Analogue channels as they are no longer being broadcast. Incidentally what is the TV model number?

To all who tried to assist me with my problem I thank you very much. I got a new aerial lead, it works fine all channels updated. Thanks again to you all.
