How to record programmes on a Sony KD43XF87XX SMART tv with built in YouView?

We can't undertsna the instruction book as it doesn't say, and most of it is in a foreign language anyway. How do we record a tv programme while watching another please?

Hi Sony27,

I think all what you need to do is just press record and then change the channel normally. This can be done to few models only including the KD43XF87 which have twin digital tuner.

Also, there might be another way, which is doing a timer recording from the guide. You can find the timer recording instructions in the following link: http://clc.to/Omsmyg.

You can also use that online help guide to look for anything using the search bar on the top right of the screen, it's really helpful.
