Apps no longer function

This seems to be a recurring issue for Sony. Since Friday 19 Oct. '18 none of the apps function. They do not appear when selected.

There are numerous "fixes" on here and other places which do not work for this now.

My set is less than 1 year old

model~ DKL-32D756

S.W. Version: 8213-1000-1.330-01

It is not the first time I've had to re-set this TV and it is getting tedious. Over to you Sony...

solution:[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Set-up] > [Network] > [Refresh Internet Content]
