Info banner keeps popping on

I have a Sony Bravia KD-55XE7073 & when I’m browsing on Netflix the info banner constantly pops on. It also pops on when I change from certain channels on my Sky q box. I have tried different hdmi slots & all get the same result. Anyway that I can stop this from happening?

Hi @gav_c_83, welcome to the Community.

The usual way to deactivate this is as follows:

Home > Settings > Channel Settings > Infobar > Off

Hopefully that will do the trick.

Hi, thanks Mick_D, when I go to channel set up it doesn't give me the option to edit it. It is greyed out. It won't let me into do anything with it.
