BDV-E4100 randomly changes "Sound Effect" and "Speaker Settings"

My BDV-E4100 all-in-one blu-ray player and 5.1 audio system randomly loses the "Sound Effect" and "Speaker Settings" settings I've carefully input to the player.

Becoming a nuisance! Anyone have a possible solution?

There should be a Reset in Settings. Give that a whirl.

Hey @Ronaldo74, also make sure that it's running on the latest software version M16.R.0257
