DualSense Controller Connection Issues

Hi, I have an Xperia 5. I'm trying to use the DualSense on PS Remote Play. The controller connects to the phones Bluetooth fine, I can even use it to navigate my home screen and apps, but remote play completely ignores it?

Any ideas why?

Got a feeling the dualsense is only supported on windows and mac at the present time (though I expect that will change soon).

Until then, duslshock 4 is the mobile supported controller

Or... It might be possible to use dualsense via usb C connection.

It's one or the other, I know the usb c method works on my ipad

Are you using the PlayStation app on the device?
