Hi the TV is stuck on the reboot screen. I had the TV delivered today (SAT 8th August) it asked to be updated and that reached 100% no problem. I have tried the factory reset but it doesn't work. Once you power up again the Sony logo appears for a split second then the reboot screen comes up again.
Any help would be appreciated

Also it will not go in to standby mode. The remote has no effect at all

sounds like its a faulty one- its best you return it immediately to where you bought it from for replacment or refund- dont accept repair
