Hello all. The most recent update of the Amazon prime app on the A95L does not detect Dolby Vision and defaults to HDR10. The other apps do not have that problem. Anyone else having that issue?
Are you sure you have the paid version of the primevideo subscription? Otherway only hdr10 version of catalogue with spots is available
Yes i do have the paid version because it works on a borrowed Roku 4K stick. Also if i revert to an earlier version of the internal app it is Dolby Vision is available. If there was a way to prevent the app from updating without halting updates for all apps, i would have done that.
My suggestion is to rise the claim to Amazon since they develop the app.... For the update process you should be able to disable the automatic updates in Google playstore and then manually update only the ones you choose. Sorry i cannot be more specific but i do not have access any more to Sony tvs
