i have just received a e-mail from amazon saying the sotware update for the amazon app from sony that was supposed to happen this month has been delayed till early january i dont know if this is is the same update for dolby vision why did i not get this imformation from sony does any one know why sony did not give out this imformation

Sony support teams are typically informed about nothing. They seem totally detached from Sony, knowing nothing about the products that are being sold.
