I have Sony KD-55XE8577 with the latest updates. Here is my problem.
This green line is most visible on red color. The TV is still in warranty. What should i do? Is there any solution without having to visit the sony service ?

Hi @Roko10 I suspect it will turn out to be a hardware problem which would mean a dreaded repair. To rule out a software issue have you tried a factory reset?

i am doing the factory reset right now. Do you think that i can get product replacement if it is hardware problem?
