Connecting 49XG9005BU TV to HT-X8500 soundbar

I have a 49XG9005BU TV connected to a HT-X8500 soundbar using a HMDI cable into the ARC port.

While watching 4K content from the TV with Dolby Atmos, the soundar does not switch to Atmos. Even when selecting Vertical-S via the soundbar remote control, it does not switch to Atmos.

I have a Sky Q box going into the soundbar and, when watching 4K/Atmos content from Sky, the soundbar does switch to Atmos.

I've even tried using an optical digital cable from the TV to the sound bar but it didn't work.

Any advice would be appreciated

Atmos work on DD+ or TrueHD in Home version, TrueHD don't pass at the Soundbar because TV hasen't eARC but only ARC, if the Content are in Atmos on TrueHD you can't obtain Atmos with the Soundbar.
