Frozen TV Sony

Hey 

wer are having a big prblem with out tv. Model number KDL-65W857C 

 

we tried to connect it to the internet. But somewhere along the way it froze ... badly ... 

 

the axmb of the spinning blue arrow next to plugged LAN kable, with a no entry sign is present. 

 

After unpligging the tv from the power, doing the factory reset and all sorts of things (which the tv never responded to) we have no idea what to do. 

 

Sony support wont answer and whatever button we press... NOTHING happens. Even if we unplug it and plug it in again ... the same symbols appear ... so PLEASE HELP US!!!

Never unplug while updating. did yo utry holding the power button on the remote for 10 seconds ?

When you say Sony Support won't answer do you mean by email or telephone?

Have you tried phoning them on +44 (0) 2073652810?

 

Have you been able to set up a wireless connection at all?
