KD-49X8309C connection problems with arris 4K Freesat Box

I wondered if anyone else is having the same problem as myself.

I have recently bought a Arris 4K Freesat box and connected it to my KD-49X8309C TV.

When both start up for the first 10 minutes the connection between both are quite unstable. The connection banner on the TV keeps popping up for a couple of seconds and the TV will go black for about 1-2 seconds.

I have tried numerous ways of connecting both, reset the box, I am also now on my the third box that they have sent me but still cannot get to the bottom of this problem.

I would appreciate any advice.

Hi @craigdotcom   It is several years since I had my X83C, but have you tried setting the HDMI input for your 4K box to Enhanced?
