i watched a 3d movie and all the way through the movie i had vertical lines...... any ideas on the problem

Hi Rob,

Is it just this specific film or every film you try? Does it happen when you're using other inputs? What device are you using to play the film?

Its on all 3d films plus when i 1st turn on the tv i get i thick red line at the bottom of the tv horizontal about 6 inch's high all the width of the tv, and after 10 mins it dissappears.
