Query re: my Sony Bravia warranty

Hi all.  Purchased a Sony Bravia TV earlier this year - registered it via the TV and it shows up as a product in "my sony", however, when I go on the Warranty Checker website and put in my serial number, it says no product registered.  Do I have to do this separately and can someone advise how?

I've honestly never got that warranty checker to work on anything I've registered tbh.

The link to register, will just take you to my Sony where the product is already registered.
