sound out of sync from tv to sound bar

I have purchase sony tv KD-49X8005C with sony sound box HT-XT1 and I have had to switch the sound box off because the sound from the box is not in sync with the picture of the television. Will you please help me to resolve this problem????????

Hi there

Try enabling AV Sync in the audio settings of the HT-XT1, as this should resolve lip sync issues.
