on my new 43" x80j i entered 'sound settings' to use the Acoustic Auto Calibration tool(i hadn't run it on the initial setup process).this was the pop up message i received when attempting to do so-
'cannot determine acoustics because your remote control is not connected with this TV.'
it suggests i connect it via Bluetooth to correct this.
i am puzzled-my R/C works perfectly fine for all other functions on the TV so what is the issue here?
