xg9505 play store search function

on my xg9505 when I open Google Play Store and go to search everything is OK. When I start typing the search field collapses and I can't see what I type. If I erase all text the field is normal again.

Try to reboot Android TV keeping pressed Power/OFF on remote and retry...

In this case I think to the Factory Reset...
