I JUST GOT NEW PHONE. A SONY XPERIA E5, I TRIED SOME HEADPHONES, BUT THE PHONE ALERT ME THAT THE HEADPHONES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS PHONE.. WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT, IT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN FIX THIS??

I'm afraid no... I don't think that seller will change you headphones to supported headphones, but if you have receipt you can try to change it into supported headphones, in my country is 14 days return opportunity. But not all seller doing that. And i don't know how in your country is with consumer rights
