Transferring playlists from a previous Sony Xperia to a new one

I recently purchased the xperia E5. Previously I had an E4g. Can I transfer my music playlists from the previous phone to the new one? 

I tried using MediaGo, but it does not load the playlists from the previous phone.

I also tried using Xperia Companion on my PC, but to no avail.

It is just the playlists I'm trying to copy over, not the music itself.

I think it would not be possible to move the Playlist not unless if they were created on pc and then copied over to the device.
