Hi,
I have a sony e3 for about 3 years now and it always worked fine, but last weekend I noticed that there was no signal on either both sim chips (different operators).
So I´ve tried a lot of stuff, even factory reset but no success, what happens is:
1 - If any chip is inserted it recognizes it, but no carrier signal of any kind, it even tries to download the carrier config of mms and internet but gives an error since there´s no signal.
2 - If I go to Config > Networks > More > Mobile Networks and click it it tries to scan for companies but returns an error "com.android.phone sttoped working" and no company can be selected.
3 - I was trying to make an update using pc companion since I´ve already used the repair option but no it says (no updates can be done - Error code:noImei)
But on the screen on any way by going to config, or by using *#06# it shows both imeis ok.
Can someone please help in any way? Really need the phone for work and cannot afford a new one at this time.
