After much deliberation I finally purchased an Sony ereader PRS 350. Firstly I could not transfer the 100 classic books to the ereader so rang the customer services. A hour later I was advised to reset ereader and uninstall from computer. This I did to no avail. 1st problem is no picture showing, the pictures installed are now deleted how can I put one of my own set on the screen, I have downloaded pics onto the reader. The second problem I have is when I press the button to enlarge font nothing happens no option to change it is currently stuck on small. I am not the best with gadgets so please help !!!!!!!!!!
