new lap top

hi i have a new lap top and now cant get my library and when i go on computer-settings to set up reader library it wont download just says problem with the internet try again, everything else working on the internet what do i do?????

Can you give us some more info on what exactly you are doing & at what stage you receive the error message.?

Aslo what model Reader do you have.?
