Strange....
Have you tried a reset ? See manual - can't remember if it is in the "basics" booklet, otherwise use the online, mor extensive version (Sony support, manuals.)
Also, ensure you've done all the necessary registration etc.. procedures correctly.
I'll have a nose around, but a reset is the first port of call.
