PS4 competition
Hello, I entered the PS4 competition, actually won (shock!!).... So I sent off my stuff and I have not heard anything.
I have tried to use the "contact us" form but it keeps crashing out no matter which computer/browser I am using...
Does anyone have an email address to contact them?

is a 100% genuine claim I will most certainly not accept it if Sony decide
it's incorrect. I'm seriously thinking of going to Watchdog. If it happens
to a few people then you would think that's a genuine mistake but it seems
to be happening to so many without any valid reason whatsoever.

I have reported each of your issues to Sony individually, please ensure that you have the correct contact details in your account profile, and hopefully someone can sort this out for you.
Just to let you all know though, Sony is aware of this thread and the issues at hand - unfortunately it doesnt appear they have a full grasp of the problem though. I fully understand your frustrations.

It says Sony W8 42" Smart Passive 3D Ful
I've sent another which is a delivery label stating the full model number, but we'll see. I'm genuinely surprised by this reply though, as I've rarely ever seen a receipt that shows the full model number of anything.

something similar. Either way, it's a 100% genuine claim you're making so
if they still refuse then consider small claims court. It's a
straightforward case. Have you tried calling Sony too?

I bought mine online from Very.co.uk had a nice offer on.
I've sent the delivery note I recieved that does state the model, if nothing comes from it I will be ringing them about it.

In regards to your enquiry, please note that we received the attachments provided and escalated the case to the relevant department in order to check the status of the delivery of the PS4 to yourself and we will contact you again as soon as possible to provide the updates on the case.
Good to now that they have my reciept and paperwork so we will see how long thats gonna take now
