Hi, i would like to ask for some help, i have tried contacting sony directly but they won't reply, i have been conned out of £4.99 as i bought a movie from video unlimited but now it doesn't show up that i own it, it is clearly there in my purchase history but according to sony i don't own it even though i have the reciept and they have taken my money, Without giving me what i paid for! any help as this is very annoying.
