Giga Juke - NAS-E300HD

Hi,

I recently became the owner of a Sony Giga Juke (NAS-E300HD). A number of CDs I have copied to the HD do not have their titles/tracks identified. I followed the instructions for obtaining title information by exporting to a USB drive however, the "Title Updater" software which is supposed to automatically export doesn't!!! Is there any way to get a copy of this software?

Hi Sean_Mc,

Many thanks for your speedy response which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, I am receiving an error "https’s server IP address could not be found." using the support link you provided.

 

I have previously tried to obtain information via the support portal but only to receive a "nothing found" in the software section for this product. I know the product is discontinued but would have assummed that the fundamental software to obtain disc information post the 2008 vintage of the installed database would still be available!!
