Hi

I have had this great docking station for about a year. 

About 4 months ago it simply stopped working,  I plugged it into a different socket in my room and it was ok (the socket is fine with other appliances).

A couple of weeks ago it stopped working again - there is no sign of life at all..  when I switch on the power to the unit it makes a little pop sound - but there is no life in the unit.

How/where can I get it repaired? I am assuming this is simply some sort of fault with the power supply - but I can't check as it is all wired in.

I am also in a similar position. The symptoms you have mentioned are identical to mine and despite moving the clock to other plugs around the house all I get is the little popping noise and nothing on my display. I'm very annoyed that an alarm clock like this which is really at the top end of the market should have failed just over a year after it was bought! Does anyone have any information on what or how to get this fixed? Thanks
