sony shake - x3d IPhone X

Hi, 

My Iphone X can't discover the speakears...i know Apple uses new bluetooth 5...what can I do about it?

The shake X3D uses Bluetooth standard version 3.0

Does anything happen when you attempt to pair the devices?

Have a look at page 34 / 35 of the manual sections 3,4 and 5
