BDP-S390 and Seagate Goflex DLNA

Hi Guys,

Just bought the BDP-S390 and I'm having problems reading from the Seagate drive.

Files come back as 'not supported or corrupt'. The files play fine on my Panasonic TV media player.

mp3 and mt2s files play, but avi,mkv files do not want to play. Do the files need a specific codec?

Latest firmware updated today,5 Nov 12.

Some files that play from the usb stick will not play from the network drive.

Suggestions please.

Tried Sonys 'Homestream', with and without Transcoding. Works like Twonkey, No go.

AVI videos play if hard drive connected to usb port. not very convienent.

can ONLY play m2ts and mp3 files over a network. very disappointing.

Netflix works, at least thats something.
