Please could sombody tell me if my BDP-S470 player play DVDs hat are in the NTSC format?

Hi,

the only way that it will is if you bought the deck from an outlet that supplys these machines modified for multi-region (DVD) playback, failing that and if this is important to you, for example you have a large collection of region 1 DVD's then you can get the player unlocked from various outlets on the internet, be aware that this can invalidate the warranty if its a new machine.
