First post, my BDV-E380 intermittently produces no sound after pausing or changing channels on SkyHD. The sky box is connected to the TV via HDMI (connected like this to allow viewing without the surround) and the sound is connected the BDV-E380 by both optical and co axial, it does this on both and makes no difference if only one lead is connected. This can be rectified by changing channels or rewinding/forwarding the program. This happened on the first box (this was replaced for not switching on ) and didn't happen with the previous surround system, sky box not changed..
Help.
