Hello, my DVD player has stopped working. When I turn it on it starts 'reading' and then shows the following message:" Push Power Projector'. Have pressed all the possible buttons but it seems to be stuck. It doesn't even open to take the DVD out. Any help would be much appreciated. DVD model:DAV-DZ280
