Film not streaming using Sony BDPS3700B Smart Blu-Ray Player

I dont where else to ask this question. Bought a Sony BDPS3700B Smart Blu-Ray Player yesterday and purchased 'Mandy' to watch but it doesn't stream keep getting spinning wheel and then it times out, how can I resolve this within the time limit I have the film to watch?
