HT-ST9 Soundbar Dash on Display

Hi

My Soundbar appear several dash on display. When turn on Hello, after "Please Wait" and then Several dash. No Display on Tv, or any sound

Some idea to fix that?

I cant load a new firmware because cant see anything on TV. Do you know how can a load a  firmware from USB port (or lan port) without TV display?

Welcome to the community. 

I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.

Hi eduardo,

I'd go back to basics:

1. Make sure no USB drives or any devices are connected to the Sound bar.
2. Unplug it from the mains for a minute, then plug it back in again.
3. If possible; reset it using the steps on page 46 of the Manual.

If you can't get anything else from the Sound bar, repair will be the best option.
