Netflix out of sync with str-dn1080

Hi, I am having a problem with Netflix being out of sync on my TV and amp,when I pass sound through the TV all is ok, when I pass through amp I get out of sync sudio,I have tried the a/v sync changer but it only goes one way, it's like the sync needs to go the other way, any help? Cheers

Please have a look at the Synchronizing audio with video output (A/V Sync) section in the Help Guide and see how you get on.

This answer is no help whatsoever, furthermore, whoever came up with the idea of having an A/V sync adjustment when you can't hear and see what you are trying to adjust should be sacked.
