i have just registered my BLU RAY and DVD PLAYER but when i go back to the main screen it is saying i have a registration code to put in when prompted but after registering my player  i looked back at my television just to see that it is still saying put in registration code when prompted and to still register my player when i've already freaking registered it - i am trying to get onto AMAZON PRIME VIDEO and can't because its still saying my player isn't registered help me someone please

follow the instructions on screen.

To use amazon, you have to open http://amazon.co.uk/mytv while the code on your screen is displayed and enter it.

It Ias nothing to do with registering the player to Sony.

hi Nic i done everything u suggested but when i opened the amazon app it is just taken me right back to saying go to sony entertainment network .com/services to register my device with sony and i have registered it but still can't open the AMAZON app on my telly any more i can do thanks

i have got netflix no problem but having alot of trouble with amazon
