YouView on HDT500 and HDT1000

YouView was launched on 4th July 2012.

The HDT500 and HDT1000 currently provide access to the BBC iPlayer.

Will support for YouView be added to the HDT500 and HDT1000 in a firmware update?

If so, when will this happen?

GIven the YouView minimum technical sepcification its not unreasonable to consider that the HDT500 and HDT1000 could support YouView.

If anyone from Sony could provide a detailed spec it would be possible to create a comparision table with the YouView spec.

Just to be clear, we have no plans to support Youview at present. It cannot be backported to any existing device as previously articulated.
