which profile are you referring to ? if you can include screenshots regarding the guest part it'll be easier to help you

Android/Google added this feature if you want to share your phone, so you don't have to let others go through your private data/info

1. Pull down the notification bar
2. Tap on your account icon
3. More settings 
4. Tap on Guest
5. once the guest account has load up
6. Pull down the notification bar
7. Tap on the guest account icon 
8. Menu 
9. Delete Guest from this device
