Blank video and music unlimited

I have linked my TV to my account on the SEN website but the music and video unlimited are blank and i can;t activate them is this feature restricted for my country!!!!!!

BTW: i am from Bulgaria

Correct, as far as I'm aware, neither service has launched in Bulgaria yet.

I am from the UK and have the same issue with my new Bravia TV and blu-Ray player. I can play purchased movies on my PS4 using Video Unlimited but no content appears on the other devices. All devices are activated on SEN and are using the same wifi network. This has been escalated to Sony head office but was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. thanks
