Freeze Issues - KDL43WD751BU

Hi there

We have 3 of the above TVs all updated to the most recent firmware, which have all recently started freezing.  They continue to display pictures, but are completely unresponsive to remote control or the physical on/off button.  The only way to remedy is to turn them off and on again at the wall plug.  They're also connected by ethernet cable to our LAN and yesterday, one of them caused our whole network to go offline!  It certainly appears that the most recent firmware update has a few significant bugs.

Does anyone have any comparable experiences or advice to fix these issues please?

OK thanks we've given that a try and shall see whether it has a positive effect, over the next few days.
