HDMI connections not working

Hi i need some help here my HDMI ports on my TV have stoped working for my xbox one X and now my console won't connect to my sony 49XE9005 it just displays a black screen saying no signal iv'e tried the troubleshooting steps with no luck maybes i need my mainboard replaced on the TV i read someone with this problem on here and they had there mainboard replaced which fixed the issue i need help asap any would be most appricated thanks

Hi thanks for the reply i may try this i'm not sure if that will work iv'e also connected the xbox one X to another TV and its still not working so maybes its the HDMI port on he back of the console just would hate to lose all my TV settings if the reset doesn't work
