How can I install a browser on the sony bravia KDL-40EX716 TV?

I got a sony bravia KDL-40EX716 TV.

Internet is working!
I have the latest firmware update.

The internet apps are not tolerable for a German-only speaking person, that lives in Austria or Switzerland. 

1) Can I use a browser to watch movies and  https://tvthek.orf.at/ ? 
2) Can I connect a bluetooth headset to this TV? 

3) This is not an android TV. Am I correct?

It's not an Android TV, which means it can't have apps installed to it. It also doesn't seem to support Bluetooth according to this article.
