Hi guys,
Since yesterday morning everytime I press the SEN button I get the Not Available message. I can't even see the list of the apps. Has been working fine up until yesterday morning.
Also, the Home button does not do anything if I am watching Sky (HDMI 1)
If I change input to TV - the Home button works and I can get to settings/Apps that way: I can get onto YouTube this way but it doesn't list all of the Apps (Trying to get onto Netflix). If I click on All Applications I get the same Not Available message as above.
TV is connected to Internet fine as YouTube and Browser work
I have tried all of the following:
- Refresh Internet Connection
- Switch TV off from mains for a few minutes
- Switch Router off from mains for a few minutes
- Factory Reset settings on TV
All of which I am still not able to access SEN / Apps.
I believe I am on latest firmware (PGK4.600EUA)

Virgin Media ISP
Can anybody help? My little one is driving me nuts that he cannot get Hey Duggie on Netflix 😞

I’m having the same problem, netflix removed and Sony apps page is not available, only youtube is working..
I wonder if it's an issue with Sony server or something.
