Today I have filled the form for the upgration and I have read that I'll have to pay 23,80€! I have a question to make they' ve sent me an email saying that i must send them the receipt (that's ok) and the cash form... Which or what is the cash form???

the email you have received concerning the Vista Upgrade does indeed mention a "redemption form", but this can be disregarded. You only need to provide the proof of purchase/invoice of your VAIO.

All references to this redemption form have been removed from the emails that are been sent to VAIO customers concerning this Vista Upgrade.
