camera not working with internet

can someone help me please.i have a laptop ar21s vaio and the webcam that is built in is not working on windows live..the only way it works is when i go into my computer and open the camera it comes on just to take photos.it's the first time i have tried it working on computer with windows live messanger.maybe the settings are wrong for it to work on internet.i have my sons laptop side by side with mine and when he sends webcam to my computer via windows live i can see him in window but when i send my webcam it comes up a black screen on his with no picture.i've never used camera before this

Hi there Mate,

I have had the same problem with my AR21S. When i spoke to a Sony representative he told me to unistall windows live messenger and then Re-install the Newest Version of it . And it worked.
