CPU Upgrade for Vaio VPCEB4X0E

Hello Every body,

i need a Little help, My laptop has Core i5 First Generation CPU (Intel® Core™ i5-480M Processor ) with speed of 2.66Ghz upto 2.93Ghz. My Question is , Can i updgare my laptop to 2nd Generation Core i5 CPU  (Intel® Core™ i5-2540M Processor )with speed of 2.6GHz to 3.3GHz.

i suppose it works Zahidzaid but i don„t really know why do u want to doo that it„s enough i5 i have a i7 740 qm on my laptop and i don„t feel to do it an upgrade i keep him in 80% from power management and he flies:) and can u answer me on a question if u like :What temperatures do u have in idle an load at your laptop...sorry for my english but i supposse u can understand what i say around here:)
