Hello all, been absent for some time but still around, maybe someone remembers me?

I have a simple question please. Looking through my installed programs list I found that I have something called 'GoTo Assist Corporate' installed. I have no idea how this got onto my laptop, would it be safe to erase from my laptop?

It looks like a US remote support/webinar organisation.  Have you had any dealings with this company?  If not, I would uninstall it.
