Hard Disk Change

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NR38E and the hard disk has broke, can anyone tell me where the hard disk is housed in this model.

Thanks Rich I sort of followed what the guy was doing. These laptops are a bit daunting.  I thought it was the bottom that had to come off as there was no other place it could be.
